I am enquiring on behalf of St Dunstan’s College in Catford, London. Each year we stage a festival across the College Campus for students, families and the local community. We normally also hire the local civic theatre for a number of events but this year are looking to create our own outdoor venue at our sports ground. We are potentially looking to hire a big top (possibly your 28m x 34m) from 21st June – 3rd July inclusive of flooring throughout and seating in one area. The idea would be to divide the space up internally to provide a theatre space, reception/dining space and a small exhibition area.
At this stage we are looking for indicative prices and availability. The tent would house a range of events over the festival including several concert, a black tie dinner, fashion show and possibly an art and design exhibition in a sectioned off area.
